Entreprana does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Services and reserves the right to withdraw or suspend access at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons. In the event of prolonged downtime exceeding 48 hours, Entreprana may, at its sole discretion, provide prorated credits or refunds to affected users.

PAID SERVICES

Certain Services require payment. Fees are as listed on our website, unless you have been issued a promotional code. Payments must be made via credit or debit card, and transactions are subject to validation by your card issuer. Entreprana is not responsible for any fees imposed by your financial institution.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at Entreprana’s sole discretion. Refunds may be considered in cases of accidental duplicate payments, technical errors preventing access to paid services, or other exceptional circumstances as determined by Entreprana. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our stated policies.

If you suffer loss related to the Services, you must take reasonable steps to minimize it and notify Entreprana promptly. Entreprana’s total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you in the past six months, except in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
